"As one of the major players on the gaming market, Lottomatica is aware that it operates in a sector where business growth must go hand in hand with respect for and protection of the community in which it operates. The deep-rooted culture of transparency and integrity, which is a key objective in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility, translates into the Group’s high levels of professionalism, motivation, and technological expertise, as well as the system of rules and procedures that govern its business and managerial choices, how it interacts with the market, and, more generally, its relations with stakeholders, which are crucial to carrying out its activities."
Lorenzo Pellicioli, President of Lottomatica Group
Identity
The Lottomatica Group's identity is firmly grounded on the principle of sustainable growth, and driven by the conviction that the gaming sector requires responsible development that pays close attention to the social issues involved in this industry. The Company's history is founded on this awareness, which is symbolically illustrated by the official logo. The logo conveys the Company's position as an innovative, globally integrated gaming operator and technology provider. The image of the globe in the Company's name expresses its international dimension, and the use of gaming colours and symbols reflects the company's recreational facet. The logo's subtitle (‘Responsibly Driven Global Gaming’) defines Lottomatica's business approach. Responsibility is a crucial component of a business which is engaged primarily in managing government-regulated games. In line with this awareness, in 2009 Lottomatica was the first operator in Italy, and one of few in Europe, to be awarded certification of compliance with the responsible gaming standards by the European Lotteries Association, with the highest level of certification offered by the World Lottery Association's Responsible Gaming Framework.
Mission
The Lottomatica Group's mission is to consolidate and extend its position as a leading commercial operator and technology provider on the worldwide gaming market by offering cutting-edge solutions, services and products with the highest levels of integrity, responsibility, and value creation for its shareholders.
