Financial events calendar
| Pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the rules of the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the main corporate events of Lottomatica Group S.p.A. for the 2013 financial year are expected to take place as follows: |

| February 12 | Board of Directors to review the preliminary results as of December 31, 2012; |
| March 12 | Board of Directors to approve the draft Stand Alone Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2012; |
| May 8 | General Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the Stand Alone Financial Statements as of December 31, 2012 (dividends, if any, are expected to be paid in May 2013); |
| Board of Directors to approve the 2013 first quarter results; |
|
| July 30 | Board of Directors to approve the 2013 semi-annual results; |
| November 5 | Board of Directors to approve the 2013 third quarter results. |
| Accounting data is expected to be presented to the financial community upon their approval and publication on the above said dates. Any amendment to the above calendar shall be timely notified. Rome, January 28, 2013 |
