Financial events calendar
| As an amendment to the previously-disclosed 2010 yearly calendar of company financial
events, Lottomatica Group S.p.A. announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors that
will discuss and approve the 2010 First Quarter Results will be held on May 11st instead of
April 29th. Pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the rules governing the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., this is to notify the following calendar of the main corporate events for the 2010 financial year of Lottomatica Group S.p.A.: |

| March 3 | Board of Directors to approve the 2009 draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements; |
| April 30 | General Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the 2009 Financial Statements. Dividends, if any, are expected to be paid in May 2010; |
| May 11 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 first quarter results; |
| July 29 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 half year results; |
| November 9 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 third quarter results. |
