| Pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the rules governing the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., this is to notify the following calendar of the main corporate events for the 2010 financial year of Lottomatica Group S.p.A.: | |
| March 3 | Board of Directors to approve the 2009 draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements; |
| April 29 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 first quarter results; |
| April 30 | General Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the 2009 Financial Statements. Dividends, if any, are expected to be paid in May 2010; |
| July 29 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 half year results; |
| November 9 | Board of Directors to approve the 2010 third quarter results. |
