2012 Yearly Calendar of Company Financial Events
Pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the rules applicable to the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the main corporate events of Lottomatica Group S.p.A. for the 2012 financial year are expected to take place as follows:
February 14 - Board of Directors to review the preliminary results as of December 31, 2011;
March 8 - Board of Directors to approve the draft Stand Alone and Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2011;
May 9 - General Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Stand Alone Financial Statements as of December 31, 2011 (dividends, if any, are expected to be paid in May 2012);
Board of Directors to approve the 2012 first quarter results;
July 26 - Board of Directors to approve the 2012 half year results;
November 7 - Board of Directors to approve the 2012 third quarter results.
The accounting data are expected to be presented to the financial community simultaneously with their approval and publication on the above said dates, exception made for the preliminary results.
Any change to the calendar shall be timely notified.
