Therefore, responsible gaming policies and strategies adopted by the Group have:

• an indirect impact on mainly Business to Business with GTECH's activities, one of the main international providers of technical gaming solutions and systems to manage lotteries and games.
  GTECH is committed to promoting responsible gaming to its employees, its customers and the public and offering technology and solutions to allow operators carrying out the best responsible gaming program.
  To GTECH, responsible gaming means security and consumer protection in terms of:
  • actively supporting agencies and programs committed to researching, preventing, and treating problem gaming;
  • developing and offering gaming technology that helps ensure responsible gaming;
  • conducting research into this area and supporting jurisdictions in establishing funding mechanisms for responsible play; and
• directly involved with the Business to Consumer activities carried out by Lottomatica in Italy as owner of concessions that direct devices and manage gaming to the consumers.
